Description: I have learnt arthroscopy with a great hardship. It took many years for me to learn it since I finished my residency from Hacettepe University in Turkey in 1997. Dr. Ramon Cugat, Dr. MN Doral, Dr. Montse Garcia and many others know my story. After almost 21 years after my postgraduation in Orthopaedics, I have been able to establish the state of the art 200 bedded hospital in Nepal, called Grande International Hospital. I sincerely want whatever me and my team have learnt in arthroscopy to pass to the next generation. I also want to promote what I called ethical and evidence-based arthroscopic theory and practice in Nepal. I need your support to achieve selfless ambition to be a true mentor for many fellows from Nepal and elsewhere from the world.
