- ISA has learned from an extensive archive of ISAKOS resources and education available through ISAKOS’s online content. Ask ISA a specific question about ISAKOS, its programs, meetings, and learning opportunities, and you’ll receive clear, easy-to-understand answers. You may ask your questions in nearly any language, and ISA will respond accordingly.
What makes ISA different from other AI Chat Bots?
- ISA has been trained on ISAKOS resources and education available through ISAKOS’s online content. This means ISA can reference information that may not be widely or publicly available. ISA also provides sources for its answers whenever possible, so you can go directly to the ISAKOS course, article, or resource behind the response. As a result, ISA is a more focused and relevant tool for the ISAKOS audience than general-purpose AI tools like ChatGPT.
Why did I receive a short answer from ISA?
- If you’re not an ISAKOS member—or you aren’t currently logged in to your myISAKOS account—ISA may provide a shorter, more general response. For more detailed answers and access to member-only resources, please log in to your myISAKOS account and try asking your question again.
What if I am not satisfied with ISA’s answer?
- ISA is continually learning and improving based on the feedback you share. If ISA’s response is helpful, please rate it a “thumbs up”. If the answer is not quite right, rate it a “thumbs down” and let us know what was missing or unclear. Please remember that ISA is an AI system, not a human. Your feedback helps improve the experience and helps ISA provide more accurate and useful answers for the ISAKOS audience. We truly appreciate your input and encourage you to provide helpful feedback, when possible.
What languages does ISA know?
- ISA can understand and communicate in just about any language – English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), and many more! ISA’s translation covers most major world languages. You can ask ISA questions in the language you choose, and ISA will respond in the same language.

License

ISAKOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use ISA and any results you receive from ISA for your personal use or internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms of Use. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated here.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying systems, models, or source code of ISA, or circumvent ISA’s security features.
Use ISA for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from ISA or related materials.
Share, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative products based on ISA without prior written consent from ISAKOS.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ISA, including related documentation, materials, and outputs provided through ISAKOS systems, remain the sole property of ISAKOS and/or its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ISA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ISAKOS does not warrant that ISA will meet your requirements or that ISA will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. ISAKOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any responses generated by ISA. ISA outputs are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be treated as authoritative.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISAKOS shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of ISA, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, ISAKOS’s total liability for any claim related to ISA shall not exceed $500, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISAKOS, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of ISA or your violation of these Terms of Use.

Termination

ISAKOS may suspend or terminate your access to ISA at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

Changes to Terms of Use

ISAKOS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of ISA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
