For the promotion of highest quality Sports Medicine and Sports Traumatology, I created Grande International Hospital and strated fellowship program in 2018. Since then, four fellows have been trained. After Covid 19 almost three years, new fellows could not be taken. Due to my relocation in different institutions, now new program will be started from 2024 in Frontline Hospital and Anamiwa Hospital. Anamiwa Health is equipped with the state of the art physiotherapy, PRGF-Endoret application. Excellent arthroscopic surgeries are done in Frontline Hospital. However, new class room in Anamiwa will create an opportunity for residents and fellows to expand their horizon in this vast subject. Anamiwa's new operation theatres which will be ready in four months, will change arthroscopic practice in Nepal. Learning will be mastered with a great responsibility. There will be ample of opportunities for hands on skill learning possibilities. Program is demanding, however, fellows will enjoy with the truly academic humanly environment.
