Our training program prides itself on providing an environment that fosters the growth of a world class orthopaedic surgeon. By the end of the training program our graduates will all share three essential qualities: Exceptional clinicians Robust Researchers Outstanding Educators These qualities serve as the pillars upon which they can build their careers and reach exceptional heights in the world of orthopaedics. Our program welcomes residents from across Canada and abroad. We serve a large catchment area, covered by four core hospitals within the Hamilton, Ontario area. We offer training in all subspecialties in orthopedics including arthroplasty, sports, trauma, spine, foot and ankle, pediatrics and MSK oncology. Experience in all these fields can be obtained within the city itself, although partnership with our community hospitals expands this exposure even further.
