*Active, Associate, and Emeritus Members Only. Members are required to have paid all dues owed to ISAKOS. If dues are not paid prior to registering, they will be requested at the time of registration.
**Allied Health and Resident/Fellow Registrants must provide proof of status prior to picking up badge onsite. Those who are unable to provide proof of status will be asked to pay the full registration price. A Resident is categorized as a postgraduate physician receiving specialized clinical training in a hospital. A Fellow is categorized as a board-qualified specialist pursuing subspecialty training, not to be confused with a member of a learned society or a graduate student holding a position in a university or college.
***Exhibitor representative must provide proof of affiliation (i.e. a business card) with the exhibiting company and a photo ID in order to receive their badge. Badges will not be given to anyone other than the individual named on the badge. Non-exhibiting personnel may register at the Non-Exhibitor Company Representative rate of US $2,500 and only with ISAKOS approval. To register as a Non-Exhibitor Company Representative, please contact the ISAKOS Office.
†Price includes Sports Rehabilitation Concurrent Course only. Registrants cannot attend ICLs or other ISAKOS Congress sessions.

Methods of Registration

Attendees may register one of three methods:

  • Online at the ISAKOS website
  • Mail the Registration form and payment to the ISAKOS Office
  • Fax the Registration form and payment to the ISAKOS Office

Registering Online

Attendees may register for the 2019 ISAKOS Congress online using their credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card). Simply follow the instructions on our secure site to register.

To pre-register via mail or fax, please complete the registration form. Make sure to include all contact information (email address, mailing address, telephone, and fax) to ensure receipt of your Registration Confirmation Email. All registrations must be accompanied by payment. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

Registering by Mail

Attendees may mail their completed registration form with credit card information or check to the ISAKOS Office. Please note all checks must be in US Dollars from a US Bank. Checks should be payable to ISAKOS.

Group Registration

If you are registering a group on their behalf, please contact the ISAKOS office at register@isakos.com for further information.

Methods of Payment

Registrants can pay for their registration fees in three ways: credit card, check, or wire transfer.

  • Credit Card - ISAKOS accepts American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa. Please note that charges will be processed immediately when the registration is completed. If your credit card is declined, please try another card or contact the ISAKOS Office about alternate forms of payment.
  • Check - ISAKOS will accept checks for payment of registration fees. The check must be from a US banks in US dollars. The checks must be mailed to the ISAKOS Office (please do not fax a copy of the check). Please note that your registration will not be completed if the check cannot be deposited.
  • Wire Transfer - Wire transfers are only available by contacting the ISAKOS. Wire transfers must be accompanied by a Wire Transfer Authorization form and contain specific information related to the registrant. Wire transfer forms must be faxed to the ISAKOS Office with the registration forms. Please note that registrations will not be processed until the wire transfer is received in the ISAKOS bank account.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations will be subject to a US $100 processing fee and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing in the ISAKOS Office by March 1, 2019. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2019. Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the Congress that are not used at the discretion of the participant.

Press Registration

The ISAKOS Biennial Congress is a private meeting for medical personnel. Non-exhibiting personnel may be allowed to attend only with ISAKOS approval. Please contact register@isakos.com for requests.

On-Site Registration and Badge Pick-Up

Badge pick up is tentatively scheduled to open on Friday May 10, 2019. Date is subject to change.

Attendees will be able to pay for their onsite registrations in US dollars, by credit card (American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa accepted), or by check drawn in US Dollars by a US bank.

A valid Passport and visa is required to enter Mexico. If you are uncertain of your requirements please consult the nearest Mexican Consulate or Embassy at your earliest convenience.

Masterclass in Knee Sports and Preservation Surgery: A Case Based Approach

Cost of the ISAKOS pre-courses includes admission to both a Morning and an Afternoon pre-course and costs US $200 before January 31, 2019, US $225 between February 1 and March 31, and US $250 after March 31. Participation in multiple pre-courses is allowed, however the full registration fee must be paid.

Social Activities

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

This festive affair is one of the highlights of the Congress. Congress attendees and their guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while reuniting with colleagues and friends. The Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2019 from 17:30-20:00.

Spouse & Guest Morning Café

Enjoy the ISAKOS Congress as a registered guest for the week in Cancun. The Spouse or Guest Morning Café includes a daily morning coffee at the ISAKOS Headquarter Hotel: the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, located across the street from the Cancun International Convention Center. Registration fees are US $100 for the spouse or guest Morning Café before March 31, 2019 and US $125 after March 31, 2019.

ISAKOS Members

Attendees who are ISAKOS Active and Associate members must be current on all dues payments prior to registering for the Congress. Members will not be allowed to register at the Member Registration Rate for the 2019 Congress unless all outstanding dues are paid in full at the time of registration. Only Active, Associate, and Emeritus membership categories will receive discounted registration rates to the ISAKOS Congress.

Applying for ISAKOS Membership

If attendees wish to become an Associate member of ISAKOS to register for the Congress at the Member Physician rate, they must submit a completed ISAKOS membership application prior to registering for the Congress before February 28, 2019.

Applications for ISAKOS membership may be completed online at www.isakos.com/Membership. Applications for new ISAKOS memberships must be received by the ISAKOS Office by February 28, 2019 to receive the discounted Congress registration rate.

The ISAKOS Membership committee will meet during the Congress to review members with Associate Membership status for promotion to Active Membership status.
