Attendee Registration Includes: Access to all scientific sessions, daily lunches and beverage breaks, and a networking reception on October 15th.
The reception does not include entertainment.

Methods of Payment

Registrants can pay for their registration fees in the following ways: ACH, credit card (3.99% fee), debit card (3.99% fee), check, or wire transfer.

Credit Card - ISAKOS accepts American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa. Please note that charges will be processed immediately when the registration is completed. A 3.99% fee will be applied to all credit card payments. If your credit card is declined, please try another card or contact the ISAKOS Office about alternate forms of payment.
Wire Transfer - Wire transfers are only available by contacting the ISAKOS. Wire transfers must be accompanied by a Wire Transfer Authorization form and contain specific information related to the registrant. Wire transfer forms must be faxed to the ISAKOS Office with the registration forms. Please note that registrations will not be processed until the wire transfer is received in the ISAKOS bank account.
Checks/ACH - ISAKOS will accept checks for payment of registration fees. The check must be from a US banks in US dollars. The checks must be mailed to the ISAKOS Office (please do not fax a copy of the check). Please note that your registration will not be completed if the check cannot be deposited. ACH is also accepted online within the US.

Applying for ISAKOS Membership

Preferred pricing for the Knee Arthroplasty Forum is available with ISAKOS Membership. To become a member, please submit a completed membership application prior to registering for the Forum.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be subject to a US $50 processing fee and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing in the ISAKOS Office by September 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the Forum that are not used at the discretion of the participant.
