ISAKOS Regional Summit Registration

On-site registration for the IRS 2026 is available online through the Registration system. To process your registration, please click "register" below.

The Registration Desk will be conveniently located outside the Ballroom at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, the official venue of the ISAKOS Regional Summit – Mumbai 2026.

Upon reaching the venue, please present your registration confirmation email to the registration staff, who will assist you and issue your official conference badge.

Registration services will be available during the Summit dates in June 2026, with designated check-in hours announced closer to the event.

Registrants can pay their registration fees through our online payment option.

  • Online Registration Link: - The online registration link accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking, UPI, and bank transfers. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted. Please note that charges will be processed immediately upon completion of registration. An online processing fee will apply to the online payment method.
    • Payment gateway charge, subject to the type of credit card/net banking, etc., of 1.5%~3% extra.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be subject to a handling charge and GST, and all refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference. Requests for refunds must be received in writing to the Congress Secretariat by May 15, 2026. No refunds will be issued after May 16, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the ISAKOS Regional Summit that are not used at the participant's discretion.

Refunds for registration and accommodation fees will be processed as follows:

  • On or before January 1, 2026 – a full refund will be issued
  • From January 2, 2026 until March 15, 2026 – a 50% refund will be issued
  • From March 16, 2026 until May 15, 2026 – a 25% refund will be issued
  • After May 16, 2026, no refund will be issued.
  • In the case of a "No Show", no refund or conference certificate will be provided.
  • Please note: The GST paid at registration cannot be refunded, as it is remitted to the Government on a monthly basis. All receipts are auto-generated and cannot be changed.
