I am an orthopedic surgeon at the National Trauma and Orthopedic Research Center of Mongolia with a strong interest in wrist and elbow arthroscopy. Unfortunately, these procedures are not yet performed in my country, and therefore there are no local opportunities for training. I am highly motivated to learn these techniques abroad so that I can bring the knowledge and skills back to Mongolia and contribute to establishing arthroscopic surgery services at our center. It is my sincere wish to gain proper training and then help develop this important area of orthopedic surgery in my home country.
