Charges
The following charges are the 2023 - 2025 committee term.
- Strategic Plan
- Coordinate Strategic Planning retreat or teleconference meetings as necessary.
- Ensure Committee leadership awareness and understanding of Strategic Plan and key priorities.
- Establish timeline and Committee assignments for execution of strategies in the Strategic Plan.
- Maintain organizational focus on key strategic areas, as determined through Strategic Planning.
- Monitor implementation of the Strategic Plan and assist the ISAKOS Office as needed.
- Prioritize strategies and ensure availability and alignment of available ISAKOS resources.
- Provide guidance and clarification on ISAKOS Strategic Plan as requested.
- Review Strategic Plan with the Executive Committee annually.
- Update Strategic Plan during each two-year term.
