*Active, Associate, and Emeritus Members Only. Members are required to have paid all dues owed to ISAKOS. If dues are not paid prior to registering, they will be requested at the time of registration.
**Allied Health and Resident/Fellow Registrants must provide proof of status prior to picking up badge onsite. Those who are unable to provide proof of status will be asked to pay the full registration price.
***Exhibitor representative must provide proof of affiliation (business card) with the exhibiting company and a photo ID in order to receive their badge. Badges will not be given to anyone other than the individual named on the badge.

Methods of Registration

Attendees may register one of three methods.

  • Online at the ISAKOS website
  • Mail the Registration form and payment to the ISAKOS Office
  • Fax the Registration form and payment to the ISAKOS Office

Registering Online

Attendees may register for the 2017 ISAKOS Congress online using their credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). Simply follow the instructions on our secure site to register. To pre-register via mail or fax, please complete the registration form. Make sure to include all contact information (email address, mailing address, telephone and fax) to ensure receipt of your Registration Confirmation Email. All registrations must be accompanied by payment. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

Registering by Mail

Attendees may mail their completed registration form with credit card information or check to the ISAKOS Office. Please note all checks must be in US Dollars from a US Bank. Checks should be payable to ISAKOS.

Registering by Fax

Group Registration

If you are registering a group on their behalf, please contact the ISAKOS office at register@isakos.com for further information.

Payment

Registrants can pay for their registration fees in three ways: by credit card, by check and by wire transfer.

  • Credit Card - ISAKOS accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Please note that charges will be processed immediately when the registration is completed. If your credit card is declined, please try another card or contact the ISAKOS Office about alternate forms of payment.
  • Checks - ISAKOS will accept checks for payment of registration fees. The check must be from a US banks in US dollars. The checks must be mailed to the ISAKOS Office (please do not fax a copy of the check). Please note that your registration will not be completed if the check cannot be deposited.
  • Wire Transfer - Wire transfers are only available by contacting the ISAKOS. Wire transfers must be accompanied by a Wire Transfer Authorization form and contain specific information related to the registrant. Wire transfer forms must be faxed to the ISAKOS Office with the registration forms. Please note that registrations will not be processed until the wire transfer is received in the ISAKOS bank account.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations will be subject to a US $100 processing fee and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing in the ISAKOS Office by April 1, 2017. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the Congress that are not used at the discretion of the participant.

On-Site Registration and Badge Pick-Up

Badge pick up is tentatively scheduled to open on Friday June 2, 2017. Date is subject to change.

Attendees will be able to pay for their onsite registrations in US dollars, by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa), or by check drawn in US Dollars on a US bank.

Passport and Visa Requirements

A valid Passport and visa is required to enter China. If you are uncertain of your requirements please consult your nearest Chinese Embassy at your earliest convenience.

Visa invitation letters will be provided by the local Congress organizer, MCI China | Shanghai Office. ISAKOS Congress registration includes an option for the attendee to select a Visa Invitation letter by email (no additional cost) or printed original delivered via express mail ($100.00USD).

Please download, complete and return the Visa Invitation Letter Application Form. Please return this form immediately to register-chinese@isakos2017.com.cn. Please note, if your spouse requires a visa invitation letter, a separate visa invitation letter application form must also be returned. All Visa Invitation Letters must be generated and sent to registrants by MCI CHINA SHANGHAI, the 2017 ISAKOS Congress local organizer. If you have any questions regarding this process please contact the ISAKOS Office at register@isakos.com.

MCI China will process the Visa Invitation Letter Application Form and send the completed Visa Invitation Letter to the registrant's email or mailing address that was provided during the 2017 ISAKOS Congress registration process.

Press Registration

The ISAKOS Biennial Congress is a private meeting for medical personnel. Although, non-exhibiting personnel may be allowed to attend only with ISAKOS approval. Please contact register@isakos.com for requests.

Instructional Course Lectures

Instructional Course Lectures are included in the registration fee of the Congress. Please see the Registration Payment page for titles and dates. Space is on a first-come, first serve basis.

For the 2017 ISAKOS Congress, ISAKOS is pleased to announce it will be hosting three Morning pre-courses and three Afternoon pre-courses on Saturday June 3 including:

Cost of the ISAKOS Pre-courses includes admission to a Morning and an Afternoon pre-course is $200 before February 28, 2017 and $225 between March 1 and April 30th, after April 30th the cost will be $250. Participation in multiple Pre-Courses is allowed, however full registration fee must be paid.

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

This festive affair is one of the highlights of the Congress. Congress attendees and their guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while reuniting with colleagues and friends. The Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday June 4, 2017 from 17:30 – 19:00.

Spouse or Guest Morning Café

Enjoy the ISAKOS Congress as a registered guest for the week in Shanghai. The spouse or guest Morning Café includes a daily morning coffee at a Hotel near the Shanghai Convention & Exhibit Center. Registration fees are $100 for the spouse or guest Morning Café until April 30, and $125 after April 30th, 2017.

ISAKOS Members

Attendees who are ISAKOS Active and Associate members must be current on all dues payments prior to registering for the Congress. Members will not be allowed to register at the member rate for the 2017 Congress without any outstanding dues being paid in full to the society. Only Active, Associate and Emeritus membership categories will receive discounted registration rates to the ISAKOS Congress.

Applying for ISAKOS Membership

If attendees wish to become an associate member of ISAKOS to register for the Congress at the member rate, they must submit a completed ISAKOS membership application prior to registering for the Congress before March 31, 2017.

Applications for ISAKOS membership may be completed online on the ISAKOS website at www.isakos.com. Applications for new ISAKOS memberships must be received by March 31, 2017 to receive the discounted Congress registration rate.

The ISAKOS Membership committee will meet during the Congress to review members with Associate Membership status for promotion to Active Membership status.
