ACL

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction has evolved considerably over the past 30 years largely due to a better understanding of ACL anatomy & biomechanics, and in particular, the insufficient control of rotational laxity, high incidence of re-rupture of graft and inability to return to play led to the development of different techniques, such as anatomical double bundle ACL reconstruction, preservation of the ACL remnant, selective bundle reconstruction, and more recently to biological augmentation. The current ACL reconstruction techniques are not uniform, nor a perfect solution can be reached yet, as there are many factors affecting the outcome. In this webinar, experts from ISAKOS & APKASS will share with you their most preferred way of ACL reconstruction.
