I am a consultant trauma and knee surgeon, based at The University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust and Avon Orthopaedic Centre, UK. I specialise in all aspects of acute and chronic knee conditions, including sports injuries, multi-ligament reconstructions, joint preservation, periarticular osteotomy, and partial, total, and revision knee arthroplasty. My Specialist Training Programme was at The University College London Hospitals with an additional comprehensive trauma fellowship in South Africa. I followed this with an Australian Orthopaedic Association Clinical and Research Knee Fellowship at the Sydney Orthopaedic Research Institute. I am an accredited Intercollegiate Clinical and Educational Supervisor, and an active member of trauma, knee and sports societies. My research has led to over 45 peer reviewed publications and 4 book chapters, many of which have been presented internationally, and I am a peer reviewer for scientific journals including the Bone and Joint Journal.
