Dr. Bolia is currently an orthopedic surgery resident at the University of Southern California, Keck School of medicine and she is expected to complete her training in 2026. At the start of her educational journey, Dr. Bolia graduated with her medical degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She then went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Molecular and Applied Physiology-Applications of Nanotechnology in Orthopedic Surgery from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2016 followed by her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Orthopedic Surgery in 2021. Dr Bolia performed her postdoctoral research fellowship in the United States at the Steadman Philippon Research Institute and USC Epstein Family Center for Sports Medicine at Keck Medicine of USC. Dr Bolia’s area of research focuses on improving outcomes following orthopedic injuries in high level athletes and weekend warriors. After completing her residency in orthopedics, Dr Bolia is planning to pursue a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery
