Abstract

Objective

To study the the function of proprioception recovery on the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine after ACL Reconstruction.

Methods

60 cases of patients after ACL were randomly divided into traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), and the normal rehabilitation training to control group, meanwhile the Chinese and western medicine treatment combine with the ordinary rehabilitation training to experimental group.Then the knee proprioception function were detected after 3months,6 months,12months after ACL.

Results

the experimental group after surgery in 6 and 12 months proprioception function is better than that of control group, two groups of results have significant statistical difference.

Conclusion

combine traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament for residual reconstruction stimulates the recovery of knee joint proprioception.
