Summary
Autologous peroneus longus tendon(PLT) can be used for anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction. They were no significant difference between Peroneus longus tendon and hamstring tendon(HT) for reconstruction of knee. But with peroneus longus tendon can obtain better function score and less postoperative adverse reactions.
Abstract
Purpose
Through the observation with peroneus longus tendon reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint surgery effect, discusses its advantages and disadvantages in the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery, clinical effective treatment knee anterior cruciate ligament injury in order to explore new ideas.
Methods
In our hospital because of anterior cruciate ligament rupture from peroneus longus tendon body under the arthroscopic reconstruction of 32 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture, observation of the operation time, postoperative joint lead flow, length of hospital stay, postoperative efficacy and complications of project evaluation.
Results
The peroneus longus tendon reconstruction of knee anterior cruciate ligament injury, the operation time, postoperative flow, length of hospital stay, and uses the hamstring tendon reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injury, there was no significant difference, both on the functional score, peroneus longus tendon slightly higher than the hamstring tendon.
Conclusion
In knee surgery to repair an anterior cruciate ligament injury, the peroneus longus tendon can achieve the same operation as the hamstring tendon effect, and less postoperative adverse reactions and peroneus longus tendon can be used for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery.
