Summary
The calcification of calcaneous tendonitis line staging treatment, can effectively avoid the expansion of surgical indications, and to avoid excessive lesions evolved into a larger rotator cuff injury. Clinical There is no unified treatment guidelines, such as in-depth study of this summary, and the formation of consensus, both conducive to the work of clinicians, but also facilitate the patient medical treatment, under the premise of ensuring the effect of both reduced operating rate, and avoid treatment is too Conservative and loss of governance.
Abstract
Purpose
To analyze the calcified supraspinatus tendinitis staging treatment significance, specific surgical or conservative treatment methods, and clinical effects are observed.
Methods
63 cases of stage assessment of calcified supraspinatus tendinitis patients in accordance with the AANS standard, anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs for patients with stage.II underwent decompression and partial closure of clean grade.IV mirror underwent injection in the treatment of.III anesthesia under calcification under clean and single anchor repair calcification after the removal of the defect of patients with ESWT and oral I period. 6 months follow-up to the application after treatment, VAS score, ASES score, Constant score, activity function and pain relief after treatment, the scores of each period are similar, the clinical effect is satisfactory.
Results:After 6 months of treatment, the VAS score, ASES score, MAYO score, the improvement of functional activity and pain relief after treatment were similar, and the clinical effect was satisfactory.
Conclusion:For calcified supraspinatus tendinitis staging treatment, can effectively avoid the expansion of surgical indications, and avoid excessive defect evolution of rotator cuff lesions greater. There is no unified clinical treatment guidelines, such as in-depth research summary, and the formation of consensus, is conducive to the clinician, and convenient the medical treatment of patients, under the premise of ensuring the effect can not only reduce the operation rate, and avoid too conservative treatment and loss of leakage treatment.
