Abstract

Objective

To investigate the clinical method of precision treatment of tibiofibular ligament injury. Methods Thirty-three cases of tibiofibular injury were treated with CT three-dimensional reconstruction from September 2009 to September 2016. The preoperative application of CT three-dimensional reconstruction was performed by simulated reduction, reconstruction (determination of needle point and needle direction, ligament length or ligament tension) Preoperative planning, intraoperative use of the loop plate (Endobutten) reconstruction of the tibiofibular ligament function, intraoperative C-arm and postoperative X-ray, CT to assess the reduction and joint stability. The ankle function score was evaluated according to the AOFAS ankle evaluation system. Out of 100 points,> 85 divided into excellent, 75-85 is divided into good, total score <60 points is poor. Total excellent and good rate = excellent + good. Ankle ROM total score ≥ 30 ° is excellent, 25-3O ° is good, 15-24 ° is acceptable, ≤ 15 ° is poor. Total excellent and good rate = excellent + good. Follow-up time of 3-17 months, an average of 6 months. Results The intraoperative and postoperative images confirmed anatomical reduction of the tibiofibular joint and no joint instability. AOFAS ankle function score: excellent in 8 cases, good in 4 cases, 1 case, excellent rate of 92.31%. Conclusion CT preoperative CT three - dimensional reconstruction and intraoperative reference to personalized CT data can improve the accuracy of anatomical reconstruction of joint and ligament function under direct vision. With the loop plate technology can be effectively fixed under the tibiofibular, the recent satisfactory results.
