Summary

Objective: To observe the effect of exercise therapy on the rehabilitation of knee joint after ACL double beam reconstruction, and evaluate the clinical value of exercise therapy.

Abstract

Methods: in accordance with the inclusion criteria, 60 patients underwent ACL double bundle reconstruction of the knee joint in the affiliated sports Hospital of Chengdu Sport University from September 2015 to August 2016. Postoperative rehabilitation therapy for exercise therapy.1-2 weeks after operation: brace brake protection brace crutches, not weight-bearing limb. Strength training: Unit Four quadriceps isometric contraction and hamstring isometric contraction and adductor isometric shrink. Joint degree of motion: patellar push (do not do flexion and extension movement).3-4 weeks after operation: 3 weeks of partial weight bearing, 4 weeks of full load, with fully extended protection. Strength training: straight leg raising, hamstring muscle contraction of resistance, lift heel training. Activity: 21 days after the operation of the CPM assisted in the beginning of passive activities, increasing by about 10 degrees per day.5-8 weeks: the support is fully loaded in the fully extended line. Strength training with support leg elevation, 0 DEG -45 DEG squat. Activity: passive activity 0 degrees -90 degrees. Body feeling: riding a stationary bike.9-12 weeks after operation: the knee should be avoided if the support is removed and the knee joint should be avoided. Strength training: 0 degrees -45 degrees squat. Proprioception: fixed bicycle, balance sheet or cushion jogging. Activity: passive activity 0 degrees -120 degrees. Muscle flexibility training: lateral step.13 weeks after operation -6 months: strength training: 0 degrees -45 degrees squat. Proprioception: balance board or cushion jogging. Flexibility training: moving forward.Result:60 cases were followed up for six months after the Lysholm score, assessment of knee rehabilitation.During the follow-up, 2 cases were lost to follow-up, and 58 cases were completed. Among them, 3 cases had a score of 80 and, and the recovery rate was 55. The recovery rate was 94.8%. Consider 3 cases of poor score is due to age, physical decline, recovery is slow. Conclusion: exercise therapy in the rehabilitation of knee joint after ACL reconstruction is exact, especially for the recovery of the normal function of the knee has a significant effect, for patients to restore normal life and exercise has a good role in promoting.
