	Dissatisfaction with Total Knee Replacement (TKR) occurs in as many as 20% of patients, with a common finding being moderate rather than advanced wear on pre-op films. It is up to the surgeon to provide non-operative care for this group of patients to reduce the incidence of this problem. There is good evidence to support many non-operative treatment options. This ICL will discuss ways to set up and run such a clinic.

The course will provide a complete overview of the evaluation, non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment of extra-articular hip impingement. 	Septic shoulder arthritis is a significant complication after arthroscopic surgery, with an estimated overall incidence of less than 1%. Despite the fact that this is considered to be low, an appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic pathway is required to avoid serious long-term consequences, eradicate the infection and ensure good treatment outcomes. The aim of this ICL is to summarize evidence-based literature regarding diagnostic and therapeutic options of native and postoperative septic shoulder arthritis with clinical relevant cases.
