Apply today to have your annual meeting, congress, or educational course
accepted as an ISAKOS-Approved Course. Approved courses will be advertised on
the ISAKOS Web site and in the ISAKOS newsletter, and given permission to use
the ISAKOS logo and label "ISAKOS Approved" in all course advertising
marterials. Please note that there is no approved course format – applicants
are asked to complete the form below and to provide a Preliminary Program to
assist the Education Committee in determining approval. A minimum of three
months notice is needed for the due process to be completed. Courses that
repeat annually must apply for new approval every year.
Please Note: Applications for course approval must be
submitted at least 5 months prior to the course date.
