Summary

The value of sodium hyaluronate combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of frozen shoulder and its effect on joint mobility

Abstract

Purpose

To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with glucocorticoid on the treatment of frozen shoulder and its effect on joint mobility.

Methods

106 cases of patients with shoulder periocular disease were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with anti-inflammatory and town Pain treatment; study group in the anti-inflammatory, analgesic to sodium hyaluronate combined with glucocorticoid treatment, a total of 5 weeks for a course of treatment, blood tests to determine serum inflammation, laboratory-related indicators, assessment of shoulder mobility and recovery status, while comparing Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.

Results

Compared with before treatment, the flexion, abduction, extension, internal rotation and external rotation of the shoulder were decreased, the VAS score decreased, the shoulder force, the range of motion, the daily activity increased, the serum IL- (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the rats in the study group were treated with flexion, abduction, extension and internal rotation of the shoulder after treatment. The levels of NO, NOS and GM-CSF were decreased (P <0.05). The levels of serum IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α were lower, serum NO, NOS and GM-CSF levels were lower, the VAS score was lower, the shoulder force, the range of exercise and the daily activities were higher (P <0.05). The effective rate was 73.59% in the control group and 90.57% in the study group. The study group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder is effective, reducing the inflammation index and improving the degree of joint activity.
