Comparsion Of Two Kinds Of Femoral Bone Locating Method For Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Summary

Through the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)“Ribbon like”structure and femoral ligament check point “footprint”to the femur positioning of anterior cruciate ligment reconstruction,all can achieve satisfactory clinical results.

Abstract

Purpose

The purpose of this study was to compare two kinds of femur positioning method for the clinical curative effect after ACL reconstruction,provides the theoretical basis for ACL reconstruction.

Methods

We retrospectively analyzed 43 patients with the first time ACL injury from January 2015 to June 2016. 19 patients through the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)“Ribbon like”structure to the femur positioning of anterior cruciate ligment reconstruction, 24 patients with femoral ligament check point "footprints" localization, graft using autologous hamstring tendons, tibial insertion are selected anterior cruciate ligament stump center, postoperative follow-up IKDC, Lysholm and Tegner scores were used respectively to evaluate the subjective function of the knee joint, the KT - 2000 and PST level measurement objective assessment of stability.

Results

43 patients were followed up for 6 to 14 months, an average of 11.4 months . Two groups of functional score ,Postoperative IKDC, Lysholm and Tegner scores compared with preoperative were significantly improved. but there was no significant difference between groups, two groups of postoperative objective stability assessment compared with preoperative were significantly improved, but there was no significant difference between groups.

Conclusion

Ligament femoral check point "footprints" area localization often need to use osseous marks "resident ridge" and "bifurcation ridge", however, is limited by anatomical variations and the technical level and other factors, for not using femoral ligament check point "footprints" area localization cases femoral bone, may be found using the ACL “Ribbon like”structure to conduct the femoral bone. We think it also can reach satisfactory clinical effect.
