ISAKOS: 2011 Congress Exhibits

The ISAKOS Congress is the hallmark of our society and provides an international forum for the world leaders in orthopaedics. We anticipate the 2011 ISAKOS Congress to draw over 3,800 international orthopaedic surgeons, as well as allied health personnel, residents and fellows.

ISAKOS thanks all exhibiting companies for their commitment to exhibit at the 8^th Biennial ISAKOS Congress, May 15-19, 2011 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Following a great demand to exhibit at the ISAKOS Congress, it was deemed necessary to expand the indoor Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors previously located in the "Portico" are now located in the indoor Exhibit Hall. Please view the New Exhibit Hall Floor Plan and note the new booth assignments.

Due to the increase in exhibits and the proximity of the Exhibit Hall to the General Session, the exhibits will remain open through the end of the Congress on Thursday, May 19^th.

The installation and dismantling of exhibits must be completed during the allotted times. Exhibitors that require additional time must send their request in writing to LK Montagens by April 5, 2011 – additional fees may apply.

Company Representative Registration: Deadline April 1, 2011
Two complimentary exhibitor registration badges will be provided to each exhibiting company for each 3m x 3m square of exhibit booth space reserved. The names for the complimentary exhibitor registration badges must be submitted to the Exhibit Dashboard before April 1, 2011.

Additional exhibitor representatives can register via the ISAKOS Congress website for a discounted rate of US $600 between September 1, 2010 and April 1, 2011 or on-site for US $725.

Exhibitors must receive permission to hold any educational or social event (of any kind) taking place over the ISAKOS Congress dates. Please complete the Exhibitor Activities form located in the Exhibitor Service Manual and submit it to the ISAKOS Exhibit Manager by March 1, 2011 (please see page 12 for detailed information).

Two complimentary badges will be provided to each exhibiting company for each 3m x 3m square of exhibit booth space reserved. Additional representative badges can be purchased online before April 1, 2011 for US $600. After April 1, 2011, exhibitor representatives will need to register on-site for US $725.

The names for the complimentary exhibitor registration badges must be submitted to the online registration system by the Exhibitor Contact identified on the Exhibit Space Application prior to April 1, 2011. Directions will be included in the exhibit space assignment and confirmation letter.

Additional exhibitor representatives can register in advance via the ISAKOS Congress website for a discounted rate of US $600. Please note; exhibitor representatives are unable to register for the ISAKOS Congress until the company they are affiliated with has received an exhibit space assignment and confirmation letter.

Please review the documents below outlining the procedure to import goods and products (including medical equipment) into Brazil for exhibition at the 2011 ISAKOS Congress.
