Achilles Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Research Award

An award to recognize researchers who have performed the most outstanding clinical or laboratory research in field of orthopaedic sports medicine.

Application Information

The International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS) is requesting manuscripts to be considered for the Seventh Achilles Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Research Award.

The purpose of this award is to recognize researcher(s) who have performed the most outstanding clinical or laboratory research in the field of orthopaedic sports medicine. Contributions including research in arthroscopy and knee surgery will not be included in this award.

The deadline for submitting entries is October 31, 2008. The award-winning manuscript will be selected by the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Committee.

Cash Honorarium (US Dollars) Award Certificate Presentation of the paper at the ISAKOS 7th Biennial Congress to be held April 5-9, 2009 in Osaka, Japan Waiver of 7th Biennial Congress registration fee Submission to Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Surgery for consideration for publication
