Don't Dump Delegates

In this ISAKOS e•news we are re-printing an article entitled
“Don’t Dump: Delegates” that was an interview of me conducted by Elizabeth Hofheinz, an independent writer for Orthopedics This Week.  This article does a marvelous job of assembling several important concepts that many of us think about when taking on new tasks and providing opportunities for others around us to excel in their work and responsibilities.  I hope the ISAKOS membership may find some pearls from this reprint when it comes to delegating and following up on some of your most critical responsibilities.
